Whether you support your own SAP system and need some outside help, or you're seeking to change your existing external SAP service provider - you need to ensure that your decision is well thought through. Business demands change more frequently than you can ever decide on your SAP support strategy - so it is important that you have the ability to adjust your course over time.

At PASaPAS, we provide you with complete flexibility in your SAP support contract.

There is ZERO TIE IN or minimum contract period - you are free to use our service as little or as much as you wish. No minimum Full Time Equivalent (FTE) commitment, No minimum monthly spend - just 100% flexibility.

The only commitment you need to make is to invest in connectivity to our support centre (typically a VPN solution will cost £2,000) and then purchase your first 'Service Plan'

Service Plans start from £4,800 and can be called off against the tickets you pass to us. We give you complete visibility of where every penny is spent and we don't differentiate between support and enhancements - meaning that you get the best rates whatever you ask us to work on.
